University of Delaware’s Division of Professional and Continuing Studies is offering a two-day Design Thinking Workshop on May 8 and 9. This high-impact, interactive workshop focuses on customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX) to solve problems in a creative and innovative way. Design thinking provides a solution-based approach to solving problems by embracing creativity techniques, customer co-creation, and experimental design. It is a way of thinking and working as well as a collection of hands-on methods. In addition, this course has been approved by Project Management Institute (PMI®) to award 14 PDUs towards recertification. The PDUs will be awarded in the following categories: • 7 PDUs towards Strategic and Business Management • 3.5 PDUs towards Leadership • 3.5 PDUs towards Technical Project Management There is a group discount of 15% if two or more people from your organization register and pay for the workshop at the same time.
