Harvey, Hanna & Associates Appoints John C. Fannin III as COO

Harvey, Hanna & Associates, Inc. (HHA) announced today that John C. Fannin III, CPP, LEEDAP, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the company. The company also announced two additional promotions.

Mr. Fannin joins Harvey, Hanna & Associates after leading a distinguished career as a government official, corporate executive, successful entrepreneur, proactive business partner, and a consultant to many international organizations. Mr. Fannin’s leadership at HHA encompasses oversight and accountability of all aspects of company operations including, but not limited to, portfolio and property management, construction planning and management, marketing, customer relations, and related subsidiaries including Big Box Buildings LLC.

Previously, Mr. Fannin served in an array of executive leadership positions with a variety of organizations including SafePlace Corporation (CEO), Telgian Holdings, Inc. (Corporate Officer) and KCI Technologies, Inc. (Corporate Officer), State of Delaware (Delaware State Fire Commissioner) and the United States Government (FEMA).

Harvey, Hanna & Associates is pleased to announce additional organizational promotions for Michael B. Kinnard to Chief Legal Officer and Thomas Harvey IV as Vice President, Portfolio Management.

Mr. Kinnard’s appointment expands his distinguished contributions to HHA with legal, regulatory, and risk-management decisions encompassing the company’s industrial, commercial, mixed-use, and resort/hospitality segments. Mr. Kinnard has been with HHA since 2016.
Mr. (Thomas) Harvey’s appointment will maintain leasing responsibilities and provide a holistic managerial focal point for company acquisitions and divestitures, in addition to leasing and marketing. Thomas Harvey IV has been with HHA since 2015.
