Barnaby is a member of our corporate and commercial litigation practice. Barnaby concentrates his practice in corporate governance, fiduciary, contract, and business-tort litigation. He represents directors, officers, stockholders, and employees in Delaware state and federal courts. He frequently litigates expedited corporate law matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery and business disputes in the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Delaware Superior Court.
