TidalHealth Nanticoke honors the following four team members as 1st Quarter 2024 Team Members of the Quarter:
Administrative & Support Services: Beth Cairo, Registration

Beth Cairo of Registration is TidalHealth Nanticoke’s 1st Quarter 2024 Team Member of the Quarter for Administrative and Support Services.

Cairo is the team lead for Outpatient Registration at TidalHealth Nanticoke. She has made exemplary strides stepping into her role as lead. Beth is a team player and is always willing to help and makes the patients feel at ease with the very first “How can we help you?” that can be resoundingly heard throughout the outpatient area.
Professional Services: Amy Bradshaw, Cardiac Cath Lab

Amy Bradshaw of the Cardiac Cath Lab is TidalHealth Nanticoke’s 1st Quarter 2024 Team Member of the Quarter for Professional Services.

Bradshaw has been essential to the growth and success of the new electrophysiology (EP) services at our Seaford hospital. She been a huge asset with her knowledge of EP as well as her leadership in training other team members. She is well-liked and respected by her coworkers as well as our physicians and is an incredible addition to her team.
Nursing Services: Rebecca Bradley, Progressive Care Unit

Rebecca Bradley of the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) is a TidalHealth Nanticoke 1st Quarter 2024 Team Member of the Quarter for Nursing Services.

Bradley is a Clinical Support Tech (CST) who has a lot of compassion for her patients and is a great team player. She loves pitching in to help anyone that needs the help on the unit and is an incredible team member to work with. Her team is so thankful she joined them after transferring from the Transport department.

Nursing Services: Norma Oliveros, Clinical Decision Unit

Norma Oliveros of the Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) is a TidalHealth Nanticoke 1st Quarter 2024 Team Member of the Quarter for Nursing Services.

Oliveros is a Clinical Support Tech (CST) who exceeds all expectations of her job and truly cares about the work she is doing. She is compassionate to every patient, paying attention to even the smallest details and making sure the patient's needs are met. Her team always has peace of mind when she is working that things will be done and done correctly.
