Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP (Potter Anderson) is pleased to announce that Nicole K. Pedi has joined the firm as counsel with the General Litigation Practice Group. “We are thrilled to welcome Nicole to Potter Anderson,” said Jeremy W. Ryan, a partner and leader of Potter Anderson’s General Litigation Practice Group. “Nicole brings valuable experience and skills as an up-and-coming litigator.” Potter Anderson has experienced continued growth over the past year. In fact, more than 25 lateral and first-year associates have joined the firm since the beginning of 2023. Pedi said, “It is a privilege to join Potter Anderson and its highly regarded team of litigators. I look forward to working with my new colleagues to continue serving clients in the commercial and intellectual property spaces.” Pedi focuses her practice on commercial and intellectual property litigation. Her experience includes matters involving breach of contract, fraud, noncompetes, and trade secret claims. Pedi joins Potter Anderson from another Delaware law firm. She is among only four attorneys nationwide selected for the 2022-2024 Young Lawyers Leadership Program of the American Bar Association’s Section of Litigation. Pedi earned her J.D. (magna cum laude) from Villanova University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts (cum laude) from Georgetown University.
