TidalHealth Nanticoke’s 2nd Quarter 2024 Team Members of the Quarter

TidalHealth Nanticoke honors the following four team members as 2nd Quarter 2024 Team Members of the Quarter:

Administrative & Support Services: Melissa Shoultes, Patient Care Management
Melissa Shoultes, RN, of Patient Care Management is TidalHealth Nanticoke’s 2nd Quarter 2024 Team Member of the Quarter for Administrative and Support Services.

Shoultes is a Patient Care Coordinator who is excellent with people. She consistently advocates for her patients, communicates with the nursing team, and ensures that everyone knows the plan of care. She does everything possible to ensure her patients leave the hospital with every service they need to return to their normal lives and prevent readmission.

Professional Services: Erica Manna, Radiology
Erica Manna of Radiology is TidalHealth Nanticoke’s 2nd Quarter 2024 Team Member of the Quarter for Professional Services.

Manna is a Clinical Instructor who goes above and beyond in all aspects of her job. She works with students to provide a quality education and always asks what she can do to help others. She will help with paperwork, transporting patients, setting up trays and anything to help expedite radiology services. She loves learning new things and is not afraid of a good challenge.

Nursing Services: Marissa Marvel, Emergency Department
Marissa Marvel, RN, of the Emergency Department (ED) is one of TidalHealth Nanticoke’s 2nd Quarter 2024 Team Members of the Quarter for Nursing Services.

Marvel is an excellent nurse who has grown so much during her time in the ED. She takes great care of her patients and is always willing to help with other assignments when she is able. She is compassionate, caring, and always willing to learn. She anticipates the needs of her patients and her department. Marvel follows in the footsteps of her late grandmother, Jill Hickman, who worked as a nurse for 40 years at TidalHealth Nanticoke.

Nursing Services: Brienna Schell, Intensive Care Unit
Brienna “Brie” Schell, RN, of TidalHealth Nanticoke's Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is one of TidalHealth Nanticoke’s 2nd Quarter 2024 Team Members of the Quarter for Nursing Services.

Schell represents everything a nurse should be. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of critical care which shows through as a preceptor. Her team has received numerous compliments regarding her compassionate demeanor and the thoroughness of the care and education she has provided. She checks to see if other team members need assistance.
