Headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, Environmental Alliance, Inc. (Alliance) is a full service environmental consulting and engineering firm. Alliance was founded in 1991 by our Principal Hydrogeologist and President, Mr. Bill Smith, P.G. Alliance works primarily with developers, industrial companies, utilities, law firms, petroleum companies, financial institutions, and private and government organizations supplying consulting services in the areas of: environmental site assessment and investigation; turn-key remediation; Brownfields redevelopment; site plans and permits; risk assessment and air quality services; insurance claim support; and expert testimony/litigation support services. The majority of our projects focus on the restoration of blighted, contaminated properties using innovative remediation strategies to create healthy, revitalized communities. The foundation of our company is built on the principle that our customers deserve high-quality, responsive and cost-effective services. Alliance has offices throughout the mid-Atlantic with locations in: Wilmington, DE; Middlesex, NJ; Millersville, MD; Tyrone, PA; and Ashland, VA. Alliance has been a long-standing member of the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce and actively participates on a number of the Chamber’s sub-committees / groups.
