ChristianaCare’s Visiting Nurse Association provides home health care to help helping Delawareans live independently, manage chronic diseases, understand and manage their medications. They provide skilled nursing care in the areas of physical, occupational and speech therapy, chronic disease management and medication management. Medical social workers and home health aides also provide Alzheimer’s and dementia care, support groups for caregivers, mother and baby home care and pediatric home care.
