The Mission of the Beau Biden Foundation is to continue Beau’s work by training a next generation of child advocates, law enforcement and lawyers. The Foundation will honor this commitment by offering scholarships, fellowships, and teaching seminars to ensure that the best and the brightest enter the child protection field and step up to protect children. Beau worked hard to change and strengthen child protection laws in Delaware. The Foundation will continue this work at home, and also expand to other states. The Foundation’s goal is to ensure that legislators in state houses across the country have the template for changing and strengthening their own child protection laws. Where appropriate, the Foundation will mobilize its grassroots supporters to share their thoughts with local legislators.
