The DE SEU is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization that serves Delawareans by promoting the use of affordable, reliable and clean energy and energy efficiency initiatives. We operate as the premier one-stop-shop for connecting and empowering energy consumers with the resources to reduce cost, improve the environment and ensure energy independence for future generations.
