Event Description: Based on The New York Times best-selling children's picture book by Elizabeth Kann and Victoria Kann, Pinkalicious the Musical began on Broadway to a sold-out, six-week run. It has since taken the rest of country by storm, with the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review writing that “boys, girls and adults alike will get a kick” out of the show. In the play, Pinkalicious can't stop eating pink cupcakes despite warnings from her parents. Her pink indulgence lands her at the doctor's office with Pinkitis, an affliction that turns her pink from head to toe. Acclaimed composer John Gregor provides lyrics and music, with direction by Teresa K. Pond (West Side Story, The Music Man, The Wizard of Oz). Tickets: $25
