            Parking is free

Clinical professionals will be on hand to do screenings for the following:

• Height, weight and BMI screening for obesity  
• Blood pressure checks
• Blood glucose screenings for diabetes
• Peripheral vascular screening for circulation issues
• A Family Practice physician will be available for general medical questions
• Pharmacists and nutritionists will be available to answer questions about medications/diet.
• Social work/case management will be assisting those that are interested in the Medicaid process and available resources
