Event Description: The Arc of Delaware's Mid-Del Committee began the 5K/1Mile Run, Walk & Roll in 200 to help fund the committee's programs which support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Delaware. The annual event will be held May 2, 2015 at the Wild Quail Country Club. Registration opens at 8:00 a.m. and the race begins at 9:00 a.m. Registration is $20 until April 25th; $25 after and on event day. Registration starts 8 a.m. FREE registration for $50 in donations. Make checks payable and mail to The Arc of Delaware, P.O. Box 562, Dover, DE 19903. Forms and online registration information details are available in the registration link. Wheelchair participants are encouraged to enter; if you need assistance please call The Arc of DE at 302-736-6140. Rain or Shine. Healthy Kids Run (10 & under) starts at 8:50 a.m. Awards are given for overall and masters male and female winners, top 3 male & female runners in categories 10 and under through 70 & over. 5K/1 Mile walk awards for top 3 male & female winners. Medals to all Kiddie K finishers. Special awards for roll (wheelchair ) participants. All participants receive quality TECH shirts to all participants. Post race festivities include free food and beverage. Results and photos will be posted at TriSportsEvents.com.

Wild Quail Country Club, Wyoming, DE. Starts and finishes at the pool house at the Westville Road entrance. Run, Walk & Roll through the beautiful residential and golf areas of Wild Quail Golf & Country Club.
