Event Description: The Delaware Art Museum is pleased to present “Intelligent Giving,” a free presentation and discussion emphasizing responsible philanthropy. Guest speaker Joanna Krotz, author of The Guide to Intelligent Giving and Philanthropy Editor for Town & Country magazine, will explain how to make purposeful donations and establish a personal legacy through giving. A question and answer session with Krotz will follow the presentation. Organized by the Museum’s Legacy Society Task Force, “Intelligent Giving” was created to engage the community in a discussion about philanthropic giving. Joan Sharp, Museum Trustee and Task Force Chair, said the presentation will educate individuals on making informed donation and legacy giving decisions.
