This review described the customer experience at their "shoemobile". The shoe truck came at my workplace on 02/07/2017.


+ The store on wheels had quality brands available (Timberland Pro, etc.).
It was convenient to try various shoe styles to find the right fit on-site.
Their opening hours were wide. There was no queue to try the safety shoes on.


- The sales associate Mike offered an impersonal service. He didn't offer any piece of advice when requested to ensure the best fit.

Moreover, the only black safety shoe for women available immediately on site was one model of slip-on.
To buy a black pair of safety boots, you placed an order to Mike in the truck. Then, the order should have been delivered at work in around two weeks. The delivery took two weeks and a half.


You also have the options to order online with free shipping, through mail order catalogs, or visit their retail stores in PA or DE.

Not worth the trip to come here. Better to order and try on and return through online then going to this boot place for a disappointing experience. I experienced very limited boot brands and styles with limited boot sizes hardly none in 1/2 sizes. This place is listed as a danner boot supplier yet they have no danner boots what so ever. Unbelievable poor spot here. The flow of the boot room with other people is not easy to navigate and the staff is not helpful. I would advise steering away from this company.

I was warned about this place haha I was told they have shitty customer service and there "warranty " doesn't cover anything haha they just hype it up lol . I thought I would not listen to what I was told about this place being shitty and I went here anyway got safety shoes 2 weeks ago and they are already ruined haha I called they said they cannot help haha what a joke and shit ass company
