Cross Talks, a think tank and networking professional development organization for entrepreneurs with a biblical perspective, announces a new initiative, the Cross Talks Leaders Training Program (CL-LT), as the company soars past its one-year mark. This decision was driven by the company’s strategic plan to significantly expand its selective base of qualified Christian teaching consultants so Cross Talks will be well-positioned to serve entrepreneurs to establish Cross Talks Groups throughout Delaware, Pennsylvania, and beyond. The first Cross Talks Leaders Training Program will be held August 25?27 and will include one night of hotel lodging and meals, as well as other business-related benefits. The CL-LT extensive training agenda runs from 8:00 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. on August 26, and 8:30 A.M. to graduation and certification at 4:00 P.M. on August 27. According to Soraya (Morgan) Gutman, Cross Talks chief executive officer and president, “I firmly believe that our Cross Talks Training Program will shape strong Christian leaders into dedicated teaching consultants, who will each be able to run their own successful Cross Talks Group; so, I’ve backed it with a money-back guarantee. Each Cross Talks teaching consultant is ideally an entrepreneur (such as a business/life coach, business advisor, consultant, etc.) with a business that is on the cusp of growth, and we have a very stringent selection process to assure our member businesses are well served and able to successfully achieve business growth as a result. And, I am very proud and thankful that our Cross Talks Leaders Training Program has the full mark of approval from Penn State University.” Margaret Bacheler, Ed.D., Director of Continuing Education at Penn State Brandywine, sums it up this way, “Brandywine Boost, an Invent Penn State initiative, offers assistance to entrepreneurs who show an impressive drive to succeed. Soraya Gutman and her Cross Talks business were selected to receive entrepreneurial advising and funding from Penn State to elevate Cross Talks to the next level. By assisting Cross Talks with developing this training program, we see a clear multiplier effect, not only for Cross Talks, but for the Cross Talks member businesses.” The training team for the August Cross Talks Training Program includes Eric Leamon, Cross Talks managing director; Liz Brown, Cross Talks vice president and master team leader; Pastor Robert Kossak, Cross Talks biblical advisor and chairman of the board; and Soraya (Morgan) Gutman.
