As part of our company response and community support of COVID-19, ThinkSecureNet will be opening up our service team to FIRST RESPONDERS in the State of Delaware. We want to help FIRST RESPONDERS and their families with any technical issues like work related connectivity, cyber security questions, kids home schooling, or general technical questions to ensure you and your family have the connectivity you need in this time of crisis. Simply email FirstResponder@thinksecurenet.com starting on April 1, 2020 with your name, phone number, organization you work for and a detailed description of your issue. Our team will work your support request into our schedule as time permits and remotely resolve your issues as fast as we can. Due to demand and resources we will allow for one FREE remote support request per family in the month of April. In this effort we are here to support the community and do our part to fight this virus.
