Delaware Leaders, DRBA Officials to Celebrate Frontier Airlines’ Inaugural First Flight WHAT: Frontier Airlines executives and Delaware River and Bay Authority (DRBA) representatives will host a brief press event and ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the return of scheduled commercial air service to Delaware. Frontier Airlines Flight #1255 bound for Orlando, Florida (MCO) will depart at 1:55 p.m. Frontier will serve Wilmington-New Castle Airport with the 180-seat, Airbus A320 with flights set for Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
