Following a tuition reset announcement last fall, which cut undergraduate tuition in half, Goldey-Beacom College (GBC) now announces the same 50 percent tuition reduction for graduate programs beginning fall 2021. The reduction is the College’s next step in its commitment to affordability. Since 2014, Goldey-Beacom College has discounted undergraduate tuition through the College’s institutional Affordability Assurance Award (AAA). That meant enrolled students received a deep discount to make college affordable and lessen future debt. That program has ended, and a new initiative with the tagline, we’ve cut tuition in half, will keep tuition simple and honest. No more discounting, just up-front low tuition. Affordability and transparency weighed heavily in the College’s decision to present an easy-tounderstand tuition rate, as opposed to a gross tuition rate with a discount award applied to determine net tuition cost. GBC is pleased to present the following 50 percent tuition reduction going forward. ?- Undergraduate tuition is $425 per credit hour, or $12,750 for an annual full time load of 30 credit hours ?- Domestic graduate tuition is $525 per credit hour ?- International graduate tuition is $850 per credit hour GBC’s generous merit scholarship offerings will remain available to qualified undergraduate students to reduce their costs even further. Federal and state financial aid in the form of grants and loans, including Pell Grants and Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grants (FSEOG), can help students graduate with little to no debt. Founded in 1886, Goldey-Beacom College has approximately 1,800 students enrolled from 22 states and over 60 nations. The College offers 41 degree options in its graduate and undergraduate programs with majors in psychology, economics, criminal justice, communication & media, human services, English and all areas of business including accounting, business administration, entrepreneurship and finance. Recent program additions include the Doctor of Business Administration program which started in fall 2018 and the M.A. in Counseling Psychology in fall 2019. The B. A. in Human Services and the B. A. in Communication and Media began in fall 2020. The College is committed to connecting its graduates with careers in their respective fields. For over a decade, the College has achieved a 90 percent placement rate for graduates. GoldeyBeacom College is located in Pike Creek Valley, a suburb of Wilmington, Delaware.
