Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore is proud to be named one of the top 19 midsize workplaces in Delaware according to the News Journal’s Top Workplaces 2021 survey. The list of the top places to work in the state of Delaware is based on employee feedback gathered through an independently administered survey. “Easterseals has incredibly dedicated employees who are passionate about our mission of providing meaningful and exceptional services for people with disabilities, seniors, veterans and their families,” Kenan Sklenar, President/CEO of Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore, said. “Earning Top Workplace is well deserved recognition for our employees. I could not be prouder of our staff and the work we do for the people we serve in our community.” According to Sklenar, the commitment of the staff to the work that they do was evident in many of the comments submitted by Easterseals employees as part of the survey. I love what I do and the individuals I work with, both the co-workers and the participants in the programs.” More than 75% of Easterseals employees participated in the Top Workplaces survey this year.
