As part of Potter Anderson’s continuing commitment to supporting the work of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, three firm lawyers have been selected to participate in this year’s LCLD programs. Counsel Laura Readinger will join the LCLD Fellows Program, an intensive, yearlong professional development program that mentors the legal industry’s diverse leaders of tomorrow. Associates Jen Buckley and Callan Jackson will participate in the LCLD Pathfinders Program, a seven-month professional program designed to train high-performing, early-career attorneys on foundational leadership and relationship-building. Readinger counsels clients and co-counsel on the many challenges associated with eDiscovery. She provides cost-effective and efficient project management solutions to clients in what is a complex and continually changing area of the law. She is also a Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) by the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists. Buckley advises employers on adopting and implementing effective policies consistent with federal and state law; responding to employee requests for leave and accommodation; avoiding and responding to discrimination claims; and more. Jackson is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Litigation Group. She focuses her practice primarily on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
