Whisman Giordano & Associates Nationally Recognized as Best Accounting Firms to Work For

Whisman Giordano and Associates, LLC (WGA) announces that it has been ranked as one of the top 100 accounting firms in the United States. The firm is recognized as a “Best Accounting Firms to Work For by Accounting Today Magazine. This is the second time in two years WGA has earned this recognition. The firm moved up nine spots on the list between 2022 and 2023.

Accounting Today partnered with Best Companies Group to identify companies that have excelled in creating quality workplaces for employees. Firms from across the United States entered the two-part survey process to determine Accounting Today’s Best Accounting Firms to Work For. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top firms and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and determined the final ranking.
