Founded in 1954 and based in Newark, Delaware, Schlosser & Associates has been part of our communities for a very long time and was honored with a 2019 Delaware Business Times Family Owned Business Legacy Award. Additionally, S&A was voted the best Heating & Air Conditioning company in 2020 and best in the Heating & Air Conditioning and Plumber categories in 2021 Newark Post reader voting. Most recently, we were recognized with a 2022 Marvin S. Gilman Superstars in Business award from the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce. Our second generation company is historically known for our plumbing and HVAC expertise.
