The Kenny Family Foundation/ShopRite's

The Kenny Family Foundation has served as a charitable foundation since 2008, allowing donors to collaborate with us in transforming New Castle County. We support over 1,000 charitable organizations in New Castle County with microgrants and partnerships. These organizations feed our hungry neighbors, care for the sick and elderly, educate and inspire our children, and help enrich our lives through the arts and humanities. Fully engaged with our community, these partnerships are the heart and soul of our foundation. Like other foundations, we provide grants; but as a community foundation, we fulfill many roles: Partners in charitable giving from individuals, families and organizations, Provider of financial support and nourishment to nonprofit organizations, Engaging and connecting grassroot community efforts to build awareness, Collaboration with diverse community leaders to address regional issues, and Grant provider on pressing and critical issues facing New Castle County
